Is there parking on site?

There is one parking space per barn. We MAY be able to accommodate a second vehicle if required but this is dependent on other bookings. We need to know in advance if you are planning on bringing more than one vehicle.

Is there a caterer who can supply food for our group?

We recommend ‘Chef in my Home’ – link

Can I bring my dog?

All three of the barns are dog friendly. We welcome 2 dogs per property at no extra charge. We may accept more dogs by prior arrangement depending on the size of the dogs. Please get in touch to discuss.
Each barn has a private, enclosed patio. Please look at the photos of the patios on each barn’s page so you can see the height of the walls; since we have such lovely views the walls are not too high so guests can enjoy them but we recognise that they might not be tall enough to keep some dogs in!
We provide dog towels and blankets and dog bowls and some yummy treats for your four legged friends. There is also a hosepipe in the parking area to wash off sandy or muddy paws!

We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the properties. We know that some guests will say that their dogs are used to being left on their own at home, however in an unfamiliar environment even the calmest of dogs can become stressed. It is very upsetting for us and/or other guests to hear a dog howling and distressed.
We also understand that there might be the odd occasion that you would like to go somewhere without your dog so we can highly recommend Tails and Trails for dog walking/ sitting during your stay. Please call Nicki on 07522428849 or go to their website www.tailsandtrailscornwall.co.uk
Or Beth’s dog, small animal and equestrian services – please call Beth on 07555326152. She also has a Facebook page www.facebook.com/bethshappypaws/

What day is your changeover day? Do you allow short breaks?

Our changeover day is Friday from 1st April – 31st October. During these months, we only accept stays of a minimum 7 night duration. In off peak months (November – March) we offer short stays (minimum 3 night stay) with flexible arrival days.

Can I have a supermarket delivery to our property?

Yes of course. Deliveries are allowed 10am – 2pm daily. If you want to have a delivery on your arrival day, please still arrange it for between 10am – 2pm and let us know. We will take it in and put it into your barn (and of course we will put all fridge/freezer items away). Please DO NOT arrange it for a time you think you will have arrived, because if you get delayed we cannot guarantee to be at home to take in your delivery.
All of the major supermarkets deliver here: Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose. Please use our address: Trerice Manor Farm, St Newlyn East, Newquay. TR8 5JH. A few of the supermarkets have the individual barns as an address option but not all of them!
In the comments section, please write that you are staying at Trerice Holiday Barns and the name of your barn.

What time can I check in?

Check in is 3pm (1500hrs). We are not able to let guests arrive any earlier due to the time required to clean and maintain the properties to the high standard that you should expect and that we pride ourselves on.
Check out is 9am on your departure day. In less busy months you MAY be able to have a later check out – please ask!

Can I have guests visit me or stay at the property?

If you have guests staying with you for part of your stay, then please let us know so that we can ensure there is enough bedding and towels in the property. The maximum occupancy is clearly outlined on each barn’s description page. If you expect to have guests join you for the day, this is no problem but please let us know by text or email for fire regulations.

Is there WI-FI in the property?

There is free WI-Fi in all of the barns. The network and password is in the information folder in each barn.
